MARCON (Marshall Construction) is a family oriented and values based company. The owner, Danial Marshall, spent over 12 years in the Army and has traveled the world devoting himself to helping others in one way or another. After many years of construction experience ranging from small bathroom remodels to leading $10M Amazon projects, he decided to start his own company and bring better value to the local Spokane community to help it grow.
We have dedicated ourselves to networking with other businesses and community leaders to ensure the best talent in the industry is found and used on every project. We are invested in our employees and our subcontractors because if we believe and invest in their success, our clients will believe in us. We are always learning and always willing to help others and that is key to our values. MARCON wants to be known in the community for more than just being a construction company; we want to be an asset and catalyst for community growth and development in the Pacific Northwest.

I have over 10 years in the Construction Industry and have built many projects large & small scale. Building the future in whatever capacity is my passion. I genuinely love what I do and get fulfillment when helping others bring their dreams to reality. Providing a top tier experience for the client matters most. We strive to be innovative, transparent, and just awesome at what we do. Can’t go wrong with someone that has your back the whole way.

Design Expert
I has always been passionate about design with a particular fondness for Mid Century Modern and Scandinavian aesthetics. After earning my BA from Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design in London, England and a robust career in events and styling, I am pleased to now be undertaking work as an interior designer. I tackle both residential and commercial projects with equal vigor and live for a good renovation challenge.
